Your choice of marinated grilled chicken, marinated steak, spicy chorizo, or Tex-Mex beef served with cilantro-lime rice and black beans. Guests choose two fresh toppings from onion and cilantro mix, corn relish, fajita peppers, or lettuce. Also includes sour cream, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, your choice of two house-made sauces (salsa verde, diablo salsa, or Amigos Famous Ranch Dressing), freshly fried tortilla chips, and house-made spicy salsa.
